We prepare the gas station. For this, put mustard in a saucepan. Then add the wine vinegar and olive oil. We mix everything up thoroughly. In a dry frying pan fry sliced thin strips of bacon. Add cherry to the bacon, cut into quarters. Bacon with tomatoes filled with mustard dressing and stew everything, constantly mixing about 5 minutes. Avocado peel and cut into small pieces. We put green lettuce leaves on a plate or in a salad bowl, on top of a piece of avocado. We spread the roasted bacon with tomatoes, decorate the arrows with onions and serve them to the table.
