We put all our salad leaves on a flat salad dish (I used rukola, lettuce and mache). Then add the finely chopped avocado. Sun-dried tomatoes are cut into small pieces and put on a dish. Sprinkle everything on top of grated cheese. Solim, pepper, sprinkle with juice of half a lemon and pour out a little olive oil, in which tomatoes were canned. Done! We serve immediately.
