Pizza with rosemary

1. Mix flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, sugar and dry yeast in a bowl of electric mixer Ingredients: Instructions

1. Mix flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, sugar and dry yeast in a bowl with electric mixer, and slowly add 1 cup of cold water. Whisk at low speed until ingredients are mixed. Increase the speed and continue mixing for about 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. 2. Put the dough in a bowl greased with olive oil and allow to rise for 2-4 hours until it doubles in volume. Divide the dough into two halves. Lay each half on a floured surface and allow to stand until the dough again increases in volume for at least 1 hour. Put the dough on a lightly floured surface and form a circle of the desired size and a thickness of approximately 6 mm. 3. Pour the remaining olive oil, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and the remaining salt. 4. Preheat the oven to 270 degrees in the oven. Put the pizza on a baking sheet, sprinkled with flour, and bake until golden brown, from 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, cut into slices and serve.
