First we prepare the dough. We mix in a cup half a glass of warm milk, a tablespoon of flour, a tablespoon of sugar and yeast. Leave for 10 minutes in a warm place. In a bowl we sift the flour, there also add the remaining warm milk, melted butter, salt, sugar and prepared in the first step of the spoon. We knead the dough, leave it in a warm place for 1 hour, then once again it needs to be slightly thinned and leave another 30-40 minutes. The resulting dough is divided into 2 parts, each rolled into a cake with a thickness of about 1 cm and a diameter of about 28 cm. We spread on the dough a layer of cottage cheese mixed with finely chopped greens. Boiled chicken fillet is sorted into fibers, evenly distributed over pizza. We sprinkle the whole thing over with grated cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees (until ready). We serve hot. Bon Appetit! :)
