Sea pizza This pizza is a real treat for seafood lovers. Onions, tomatoes, mussels and squids on a soft, thin yeast dough, and even under a cheese crust - it's so delicious! In this pizza you can add more and shrimp, I also limited to a large shrimp in the quality of jewelry. Ready pizza must be decorated with fresh fragrant dill, which will undoubtedly emphasize its taste. Pizza is very juicy, I recommend to try it!
Ingredients:- Yeast, fresh 8 g
- Wheat Flour 125 g
- Olive oil 0.25 tbsp. l.
- Water boiled 60 ml
- Salt 1.5 pinch
- Tomato sauce 3 tbsp. l.
- Squid 150g
- Mussels 120g
- Shrimps large 1 pc.
- Tomatoes 1 pc.
- Onion purple 0.5 pcs.
- Fresh dill 0.5 bunch
- Cheese hard 150 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 To make pizza with seafood, we need yeast dough for pizza, tomato sauce, freshly frozen frozen squid, freshly frozen boiled mussels, large shrimp, purple onion, tomato, hard cheese, fresh dill, salt and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 Squid, mussels and shrimp are thawed, squid rings, pour seafood with boiling water, so that it covers them completely, immediately drain the water and pour it again with boiling water. Leave for 7 minutes. Next, the water is drained, and the seafood is spread on a paper towel and soaked, so that the unnecessary liquid is absorbed.
- Step 3 Clean the onions, my tomato and cut out the peduncle. We cut half a bulb and a tomato in thin half rings. Dill crushed, leaving a few twigs to decorate the finished pizza.
- Step 4 Prepared yeast dough for pizza is rolled into a layer 24-26 cm in diameter.
- Step 5 Lubricate the surface of the pizza with tomato sauce.
- Step 6 On the tomato sauce we spread the semicircles of the onion.
- Step 7 Put the tomato slices on the onion.
- Step 8 Sprinkle a pinch of salt, black pepper and chopped dill.
- Step 9 Lay out the next layer of the squid ring.
- Step 10 Between the rings of squid we spread mussels, and in the center of pizza - cleaned shrimp (leaving head and tail).
- Step 11 Hard cheese rubbed on a coarse grater, pour the pizza.
- Step 12 Bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes (I baked in heating mode from below + ventilating). Serve hot, immediately after cooking! When serving pizza with seafood necessarily adorn fresh dill!
