Chips in the microwave We cook delicious, crunchy and absolutely not harmful, in contrast to the purchased ones, potato chips! To help us the microwave oven comes, in which in a few minutes you can cook this miracle! In this recipe, I sprinkled chips with ground sweet paprika and salt, which can easily be replaced with other spices to your liking, or you can cook chips at all without anything - it will still be delicious!
Ingredients:- Potatoes 3 pcs.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika sweet ground 1 tsp.
- Olive oil 0.3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To cook potato chips in a microwave oven we need potatoes, salt, ground sweet paprika and olive or butter.
- Step 2 Clean potatoes and wash. We discuss with a paper towel.
- Step 3 We cut it with very thin rings, you can use a vegetable cutter or just cut it with a sharp knife as thin as possible.
- Step 4 Lubricate a plate of the microwave oven with a small amount of oil.
- Step 5 Put the potato rings in one layer.
- Step 6 Sprinkle a little salt and ground sweet paprika.
- Step 7 Cook in a microwave oven at a power of 800 for 5 minutes, the carofel should lightly brown. The next time you load a potato, you do not need to lubricate the dish. As an option without the use of oil: on the plate lay out a sheet of parchment for baking, and on it potatoes (this option I like even more!). In total, three such approaches are obtained.
