We cook spicy meat with vegetables. I propose to cook an acute dish of minced meat and vegetables. This recipe is based on the Chile Concerne, but in a more simplified version. You can prepare this dish both from minced meat and from finely chopped meat, variations with vegetables and legumes can also be all sorts. The main spice is hot pepper - fresh or dry, as the dish should be "hot" and even slightly burn.
Ingredients:- Beef minced 500 g
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Canned tomatoes 600 ml
- Beans, frozen, frozen 800 g
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
- Pepper red ground 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 2 pinch
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Sunflower refined oil 150 ml
- Tomato juice 200 ml
- Step 1 Main ingredients: minced meat, beans, garlic, onions, tomatoes, tomato juice, tomato paste, sunflower oil, red pepper and black.
- Step 2 Finely chop the onions and chop the garlic.
- Step 3 Spread the onions and garlic in a frying pan, and pass for 15 minutes.
- Step 4 Then add the stuffing to the onions and cook for 20 minutes.
- Step 5 Take the tomatoes from the jar, let them drain and finely chop.
- Step 6 Add the tomatoes to the roast minced meat and stew for another 10 minutes.
- Step 7 Cut the beans.
- Step 8 Add the beans to the minced meat with tomatoes and cook another 15 minutes.
- Step 9 Add tomato paste with tomato juice and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Step 10 At the very end, add salt, red and black pepper, and stew for 2 minutes. The dish is ready.
