Bright Pizza Tomatoes for Italians - it's almost like "Madonna", so say tourists who travel around Italy. Local cuisine does not bypass a single dish, which would not include a tomato. It's snacks, sauces, pasta, and pizza. That's why today's pizza I decided to decorate with these bright "golden apples", as translated in many sources Italian "romi d'oro". It was the tomatoes that gave not only the brightness, but also the juiciness of the pizza. In the company of tomatoes in the pizza asked for emerald spinach. - Cream 30 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the pizza, you need to take a pre-prepared dough on a soda (200 g), garlic, olive oil, Mozzarella cheese, Feta cheese, spinach, nutmeg, cream 10%, tomatoes, capers, salt, pepper.
- Step 2 Prepare the spinach. Add a couple of spoons of water and put a pan on the fire. Soak the spinach, stirring. Press the water, cut off the hard stems.
- Step 3 Pour the mass of spinach, add the nutmeg, add salt, pepper. A little to let in.
