Those who value their time and are not going to spend it completely on the scuffle at the stove, it is quite possible to do with quick recipes. I offer delicious meat dishes and secrets of its preparation.

For the preparation of the meat dishes presented, it is suitable for fillets of any meat: beef or pork. By the way, chicken will do, but only the fillets too. By the way, meat - this mainly relates to pork - should not be fat. To cut it it is necessary thin longish slices along fibers, it turns out original meat shaving. Meat dish in soy sauce.

To do this you will need: 500 grams of meat, 1 small carrot, 1 onion, soy sauce (best with a taste of mushrooms), 1 tbsp. spoon of mayonnaise.

Meat, as I said, cut with shavings. Then salt-pepper, put in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry for a bit - about 5 minutes, adding a little soy sauce. Then we put the onions, very finely chopped carrots, mayonnaise, pour the water and tushim on a small fire under the lid for another three minutes. After that, add a little more soy sauce and simmer for another five minutes. Want to have more sauce, add more water. Want to dry - a little less. In any case, the meat turns aromatic and juicy, and for the whole cooking you spend 15 minutes. By the way, it is also profitable: more vegetables, onions - and you can feed the whole family.

A similar dish of meat can be prepared and "grown-up" - in beer. All the same, as in the first recipe, only instead of soy sauce you have to add beer. Beer can be more, but you will get more meat sauce with a bright beer taste.

Meat with eggplant.

For this dish you will need: 500 grams of meat, 1 carrot, 1 large onion, 1 eggplant (larger), 1 tbsp. spoon of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. spoons of ketchup or 1 large tomato.

And again we cut the meat with the shavings, but when it comes to quenching, we throw there the chopped eggplants. Some housewives somehow scald them with boiling water, put them in salt water. They say that they do not bitter. I used to do this before, and then realized that it was too much. So now I never clean and scald so much loved by many vegetables, and he never gets bitter. So, the pieces of eggplant in you will be extinguished for 10 minutes, then it will take a little longer. Remember that you can add mayonnaise in the beginning, and ketchup or a tomato, cut into small pieces - at the end of cooking. It turns out such a fragrant meat with an eggplant flavor, to which rice or puree perfectly fits.

Meat dish with champignons and cheese.

For cooking, you will need: 300 g fresh or 1 packet of frozen mushrooms, 500 grams of meat, 1 onion, 50 grams of hard cheese, 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream or mayonnaise.

Meat cut into small pieces, fry in a frying pan, put there the same chopped mushrooms, onions and fry a little more. Add a little water, mayonnaise or sour cream and cover with a lid. Extinguish for about 10 minutes, and at the end of the cooking sprinkle on top with grated cheese and make fire a little more so that the water evaporates. That's all! These recipes have often helped me out, and they really like home. These dishes are great for rice, mashed potatoes or simply boiled potatoes.

And now I'll tell you the secret of preparing the "right" steak.

To make an excellent steak, you need good meat, culinary flair, a little imagination and, of course, skill. Slightly missed - you get an indigestible "sole." A real steak is made from fillet of young beef or veal. You need to cut the meat across the fibers and not more than 3-4 cm in thickness. You should get good such "bast shoes", which you do not need to beat. Sprinkle them with spices, broken leaves of laurel, cover with mustard or mayonnaise. Still it is possible to pour with vegetable oil mixed with juice of a lemon. Half an hour later you can start cooking.
