Flesh of pork with soy sauce This is one of those recipes that arise during cooking, for sure you often caught yourself thinking: "And what if you add ..." - when the result you are happy it repeats itself and becomes a favorite, so it is very difficult remember where you got this or that recipe. In order to cook pork with onions in marinade from soy sauce, you need to add a red dry wine or wine vinegar, which will give the necessary sourness. In order for the meat not to be dry, the marinade from soy sauce and vinegar should be added after it is put out in its own juice. In general, this dish has a rather harmonious taste - aromatic soft and juicy meat with almost marinated sweetish onions - try it!
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 500g
- Onion 300 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 5 tbsp. l.
- Paprika sweet ground 1 tsp.
- White wine vinegar 30 ml
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To make pork in marinade from soy sauce you will need: pork pulp, onion, cooking oil, paprika, wine vinegar (9%), soy sauce and salt.
- Step 2 Cut pork across the fibers in small pieces.
- Step 3 Sprinkle with paprika, salt less than usual (remember that the soy sauce contains a lot of salt), stir and leave for 5 minutes.
- Step 4 We send the meat to the frying pan with the heated oil and stir-fry, over medium heat, until the juice starts to emit, about 5 minutes.
- Step 5 When the pork begins to emit the juice, cover it with a lid and reduce the heat slightly.
- Step 6 At this time, prepare the onion - cut it into half rings.
- Step 7 After 20 minutes, when the meat becomes soft enough, the juice that has separated out will evaporate and the pieces begin to blush, add 2 tbsp. l. wine vinegar and 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce, stir, cover and fry 3 more minutes.
- Step 8 Then add the onion, stir and continue frying under the lid, stirring occasionally, until the onion becomes transparent golden (about 5-7 minutes).
- Step 9 Prepare the ready-made dish hot with your favorite side dish, sprinkling with chopped herbs.
