Casserole from potatoes and zucchini Casserole is always delicious and the more intricate it is the more interesting. Someone can say that the casserole is the lot of the lazy mistress. Maybe so, but given the huge variety of species of this dish, lazy housewives are millions and everyone wants to bring their own, original recipe. The most popular casseroles: curd, cabbage, cheese and potato. The last we decided to bake in a company of courgettes and make it as gentle as possible, at the expense of yeast and flour.
Ingredients:- Potatoes young 400 g
- Curd 150g
- Squash 1 pc.
- Flour, wheat 250 g
- Dry yeast 1 tsp.
