- cabbage - 800 Grams
- milk - 1 glass
- Butter - 70 Grams
- semolina - 4 Art. spoons
- bread crumbs - 3 st. spoons
- vegetable oil - 1/3 Glass
- sour cream - 150 grams
- salt - 1 piece (to taste)
Finely chop the cabbage. Fill the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the pieces of butter. Next, put the cabbage in a saucepan and simmer under the lid for 7 minutes. Then add semolina. Mix well so that lumps do not form. We cover with a lid for 10 minutes. The ready-to-weight mass must be salted, stirred, allowed to cool, divided into cutlets, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried in vegetable oil from both sides to a golden crust.
