1. To prepare our soup, first prepare the vegetables. They must be washed and cleaned. Potatoes, onions and carrots cut into small cubes. It is possible and small, there is no difference, because at the end of cooking we will grind them. 2. Now you need to fry the vegetables a little. But I came up with a different way, which takes a minimum of time. Maybe you'll like it, too? I grease the mold with oil. I spread onions and carrots. Top put the potatoes and in the oven, which is heated to 200 degrees. Bake until browned, and not until cooked. Our vegetables will still be cooked. 3. While the vegetables are baked, boil the broth. When it boils, add vegetables there. Cook the broth until the potatoes are cooked. Now put the melted cheese in the soup. Here I laid them whole. When I have time, I rub it on the grater. 4. Let our soup boil and cook a little until the curds will melt. If the cheese has not melted to the end, do not worry. Our soup will be blended in a blender. 5. Our soup is ready. Enjoy.
