Today, we risk to combine two completely incompatible products: ground coriander and honey. What will come of this? An excellent marinade for fish will be obtained, in which it must be kept before frying. Salmon with coriander and honey - it's not a modest tit, but a real heat bird in cooking, which will bring you fame and honor, even within your own family. This marinade is quite suitable for poultry or meat. And if before you could never come to the conclusion that the spices can be so successfully combined with sweets, then, having tried this salmon with coriander and honey, you will experiment much more boldly.
Ingredients:- Salmon steak 2 pcs.
- Coriander dry 3 tsp.
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
- Honey 2 tbsp. l.
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the dish, let's take the salmon steak (it can also be trout or salmon), dry coriander, honey, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 Salmon is good to wash, remove the skin and cut each steak into 2 parts, removing the bone of the spine of the fish.
- Step 3 Combine the soy sauce, olive oil, honey, coriander, previously ground in a mortar, lemon zest and 1-2 pepper pinch for marinade - mix everything well.
- Step 4 Put the fish in the marinade and leave to marinate at room temperature for 40-50 minutes.
- Step 5 Then in a frying pan heat up 1 tbsp. l. olive oil and on medium heat, fry the fish to a crispy crust - 4-6 minutes on each side. Serve salmon with vegetables and a slice of lemon.
