Prepare all the ingredients. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into quarters (if the potatoes are too large - then 8 pieces), put in a pan, pour water. We put it on the fire, bring it to a boil and cook for another 12-15 minutes. Salt is added only when the water boils. Also, if desired, you can add garlic and bay leaves to the water. While the potatoes are brewed, we will roughly rub the carrots and finely chop the onions. We heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onions in it until soft. Then add the carrots, stir. Carrots along with the onion cook for another 3-4 minutes until soft and carrots. We add cream and salt. Bring to a boil. We remove from the fire. Add to the resulting sauce jar Alfredo, stir. We merge the potatoes with water, mix potatoes with the sauce prepared by us. Stir well and cover with a lid. Let the potatoes stand for about 10 minutes under the lid, after which we serve. Bon Appetit! :)
