Ingredients:- Garlic 1 pc.
- Vinegar balsamic dark 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 5 g
- Beer light 200 ml
- Paprika sweet ground 5 g
- Carrot 2 pcs.
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Onion white 1 pc.
- Potatoes young 5 pcs.
- Beef flesh 300 g
- Water 200 ml
- Beef broth 2 pcs.
- Step 1 Cut the meat into cubes of medium size.
- Step 2 In a saucepan with thin walls, heat the oil and fry the meat in it.
- Step 3 Next, chop finely the onions and garlic.
- Step 4 Fry these vegetables in the same pan where the meat is fried.
- Step 5 When the onion darkens, add a little hot water.
- Step 6 Add 2 cubes of beef broth to the saucepan.
- Step 7 Next, add a glass of beer to the pan. Keep on keeping everything on the fire.
- Step 8 Slice the meat into smaller pieces and place them in a saucepan.
