Roll out the puff pastry, put it on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper. Garlic and olives cut into thin slices, fry in olive oil for 1-2 minutes, until the characteristic smell of garlic. Then add thin slices of sliced tomatoes, fry for another 30 seconds on each side. Sprinkle the dough with olive oil, spread the filling (tomatoes, olives, garlic), sprinkle with thyme (or other dry spices) - and into the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes. Then take out of the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese - and back into the oven for another 3-5 minutes. We get out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh basil - and serve. Bon Appetit!
