Large onions and carrots are fried in olive oil until golden. Pumpkin is clean. cut into cubes about 2 by 2 cm in size, put it into a pan, fill it with water and set it on medium fire. Immediately after this, add to the soup fried vegetables and spices. Bring the soup to a boil. When it boils, reduce fire and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the pumpkin is soft. Then, the soup is ground in a blender until uniform. Pour cream in cream soup, mix and cover with a lid - let it persist. And in the meantime, we fry the finely chopped garlic until golden. Add garlic-peeled prawns to the garlic, fry on medium heat until the shrimp are ready. Toast on olive oil pieces of white bread with some spices - for example, oregano and basil. We pour soup on skewers, in each we put a little shrimp and garlic, we adorn with greens and we serve with freshly fried croutons. Bon Appetit! :)
