Similarly, prepare the remaining carrots. Now we heat the same frying pan on a rapid fire, pour whiskey into it and immediately leave - otherwise you can stay without eyelashes. Let the whiskey burn 10-20 seconds. Then reduce the fire to medium, add the butter in the pan (about 75 grams). When the oil begins to melt, add brown sugar to the frying pan. Stirring, bring the mixture to a weak boil. As soon as the liquid in the frying pan starts bubbling, add carrots to it. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. It remains only to salt, pepper and remove from heat. We serve carrots, watering the remaining liquid in the frying pan (this is whiskey!) And sprinkling with fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
