- Chicken fillet - 500 Grams
- Tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
- Sweet pepper - 2-3 pieces
- Carrots - 2-3 pieces
- Corn (canned) - 350 Grams
- Red beans - 350 Grams
- Onions - 2 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 Art. spoons
- Salt, cinnamon, dried garlic and paprika, ground chili and tomato - - To taste
Onions cut into half rings. In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil, throw there the chopped onion and fry for 3-4 minutes over low heat. Add the diced carrots to the frying pan with onions. From the sweet pepper we cut out the core, remove the seeds. Pepper cut into small pieces and add to the frying pan. We cut tomatoes into half rings or quarter rings, we add to roasting vegetables. After another 5 minutes, add the corn into the frying pan and continue to put out the vegetables. After another 5-6 minutes, add the beans to the frying pan. When the beans are extinguished for a couple of minutes - add all the necessary spices to taste. Chop the chicken fillets into cubes and add them to the vegetables in the pan. We simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes until cooked chicken pieces - and immediately served to the table. Bon Appetit!
