But do not be fooled by the deliberate simplicity of the recipe: the taste of the cake will justify all expectations. Sand base, caramel notes, banana blast and tenderness cream cream - an excellent cocktail for sweet tooth.

  1. For the basis of the cake, you will need a cookie - home or from the store. Grind it in a blender or rolling pin to the state of crumb and pour into a bowl. Then grind the straw and combine it with the crumb - so the taste of the dessert will be more spicy. Melt 100 g of butter and pour into crumbs, constantly mixing - the dough should purchase a texture of wet sand

  2. Prepare a split shape or dish with boards (dessert can be cut into it). Pour out the wet crumb, evenly distribute it on the bottom and sides of the mold. Then compact and smooth with a glass or cup. Try to keep the thickness of the base not more than a centimeter. Clean the form with the workpiece in the refrigerator

  3. Put sugar in the saucepan (preferably brown) and add 50 g of water. Put on medium heat and cook until the syrup becomes dark brown. Do not interfere with the mass, otherwise it will begin to crystallize - just lightly shake the sauté pan

  4. Remove the syrup from the fire, add 80 g of butter and 125 g of cream, stir thoroughly until a homogeneous emulsion. Cool the caramel, pour it into a mold with a base and distribute it on the bottom. Put on top of the pieces of bananas in two or three layers

  5. Whip the curd cheese with 100 g of cream and the resulting mousse decorate the top of the cake. Let the dessert infuse for several hours in the refrigerator
