Salad with mushrooms, cabbage and potatoes Salad is very appropriate now - first of all it is a lean dish, then it is a very useful and nutritious salad full of vitamins. Also this is a fairly affordable budget dish, which does not require expensive products. Thanks to the presence of boiled potatoes, the salad resembles in part the second dish. It should be noted that this is quite a satisfying, but not a heavy snack. The salad is simple and light in performance, provided that there is available boiled potatoes. Instead of marinated mashed, you can use mushrooms (for example, champignons can be marinated and yourself) or other canned mushrooms.
Ingredients:- Cabbage white sour 200 g
- Potatoes 200 g
- Honey mushrooms 150 g
- Onion green 20 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 Prepare the products: boiled peeled potatoes, marinated honey agarics (without liquid), green onions, vegetable oil, black pepper, sauerkraut.
- Step 2 Put sauerkraut and pickled honey agarics into a bowl.
- Step 3 Add the potatoes, cut into small cubes.
- Step 4 Salad, season, season with vegetable oil and mix. Add a clean green onion, cut into small pieces.
- Step 5 Mix again and serve to the table.
