1. Cut the vanilla pods along. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees with a counter in the center. It is good to lubricate the cake pan form, lightly sprinkle with flour, shaking off the excess. Mix the flour, cardamom, baking powder, soda and salt. Beat together butter and sugar with a mixer at medium speed, about 5 minutes. Add vanilla from the pods using a knife, and beat for 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time, whisking after each addition. 2. Then add the lemon juice and whisk. Add the flour mixture in a few turns and milk, starting and ending with flour, and whisk at low speed. 3. Spoon the dough into the mold and level the surface. Bake the cake until the toothpick inserted into the cake, will not go out clean, about 1 hour. 4.
