We need the following ingredients for preparation: 250 grams of beef, 60 grams of bacon, 120 grams of carrots, leeks, 60 grams of celery, 1 medium eggplant, 50 grams of mushrooms, one cup of mashed potatoes, salt and spices. Onions, carrots, mushrooms, celery and meat are passed through a meat grinder. Ready-mix mass and add spices (to taste). Scalded with boiling water, remove the skin from the eggplant and cut it into thin slices. On a metal, oiled form, put the mashed potatoes, and on it minced meat. After you put eggplants, and on them small slices of bacon. Put the stew on the double grill and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn the grate down with your legs. The temperature should be on the panel 160 degrees. The meat turns tender and soaked. Before serving, decorate this dish with herbs.

For cooking fish with cheese you need: 1 kg of cod (or other fish), 100 grams of cheese, 120-150 grams of mayonnaise, salt and spices.

Bake fish for 20 minutes, at maximum speed and temperature. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the fish with chopped cheese. This fish is very good for a romantic date.
