To make soup you will need: 300 grams of tomatoes, half a liter of broth, 40 grams of rice, onion, carrots, greens, the rest of the ingredients - to taste.

Onion finely cut and fry in vegetable oil. Add it to the sliced ​​tomatoes, pour everything with a little water and boil it under the lid on low heat until soft. Then add sliced ​​carrots, rice, parsley root, broth (meat or vegetable), salt and pepper, add a little garlic and sugar. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes until rice is boiled. After that, wipe the thick through the sieve and boil the soup. Before serving, decorate with greens.

Salad from tomatoes, apples and green salad



To make this salad, you will need: 300 grams of tomatoes, 300 grams of apples, 200 grams of green salad, half a glass of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.

To make a tomato soup you will need:

Soup season with pepper, bay leaf, spicy salt, sugar, put chopped garlic and add a ton of juice. While the soup will be prepared, foam may appear, which must be removed.

Soup should be poured on plates, on the bottom of which will be exposed diced dill. Ready soup season with tobacco sauce (to taste). Before serving, sprinkle with greens again.

Tomato Zucchini Casserole



To prepare a casserole you will need the following products: 3 pcs. courgettes, 2 pcs. tomatoes, 100 ml cream, 100 grams of hard cheese, one onion, 2 tablespoons. oregano, 3 tbsp. flour, salt and pepper to taste.

In this casserole an important role is played by oregano, which is perfectly matched with zucchini and tomatoes.

Vegetables wash, peel and cut into circles, a thickness of half a centimeter. Onion peel, and cut into thin rings. Sliced ​​zucchini iluk roll in flour. To prepare this dish you will need the following ingredients: 800 g of tenderloin (pork or beef), 10 pcs. tomatoes, a couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary, 6 sprigs of fresh thyme, one podromoncho, 2 garlic cloves, vegetable oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Cut the meat into small pieces, salt, pepper and fry in a pan. Immediately cover with a lid, so that it gives juice in which it will be stewed. Cook the meat until it is soft (about 40 minutes). In the frying pan, add the chopped roseberry, rosemary, thyme and cochlea. Cut the tomatoes into four pieces and add them to the meat. Cover everything with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes until the tomatoes become soft. When you add the tomatoes to the meat, do not mix them, so they do not turn into mashed potatoes.

To make such a pie you will need: puffed, 8 pcs. cherry tomatoes, 80 grams of grated parmesan, a tablespoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of mascarpone, a couple of cloves of garlic, 2 sprigs of thyme and Provencal herbs.

Wash tomatoes, cut into halves, drizzle with olive oil and put on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake tomatoes 10 minutes. Mix mustard with maskcapone.
