In fact, except for the gas station, for salad we need only three ingredients - cabbage, as well as onions and parsley. Onions are cut into thin semirings. Solim, pepper, add a little sugar and pour vinegar (about 3-4 tablespoons). Pour a little bit of boiling water - and leave for a couple of minutes to marinate. I wash my cabbage from the upper leaves and cobs. Thin shred, slightly salted and sugar, then a little mime cabbage hands - to become softer. In a salad bowl, combine the pickled onions (with a small amount of marinade), chopped cabbage and chopped greens. We fill it with a small amount of oil. Mix and serve. Bon Appetit! :)
