- White cabbage (cabbage) - 1 Piece
- Red cabbage (cabbage) - 1/2 Pieces
- Cucumber long - 1 piece
- A bunch of green onions - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil - 4 items. spoons
- Vinegar - 1.5 st. spoons
- Salt - 1.5 Art. spoons
Recipe - it's easier. So, my cabbage and cucumber. We rub on the middle grater heads of white cabbage. On the same grater, rub half the head of red cabbage. Thin shred the cucumber (I also have a special grater for this). Finely chopped green onions. We spread the chopped vegetables in a salad bowl, season with sunflower oil, vinegar and salt. We mix it well. Serve better immediately, fresh. Bon Appetit! :)
