Yeast dough: mix flour thoroughly with yeast. Add the other ingredients for the dough (125 ml of milk, butter or margarine, vanilla sugar, egg and salt) and mix with a mixer at minimum speed, then at the highest speed for about 5 minutes, prepare a smooth smooth dough.
