Roast with mushrooms

Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces, fill with water and set aside while everything else is prepared.

Mushrooms are washed and cut into plates. Cut the onions into cubes.

Fry in onion in vegetable oil butter onion and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, stirring. Salt and pepper, add chopped potatoes, add water so that the potatoes are slightly covered with water.

Bring to a boil, dosolit to taste, reduce the fire to a minimum, cover and simmer for 20 minutes (until the potatoes are ready).
