1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Finely chop the onions and sage. Fold the finely chopped onions and sage into a bowl and mix well. Grease the baking dish with olive oil. 2. Finely cut into bacon strips. Lay the strips of bacon in a baking dish across. So that they cover the bottom and sides and dangle from both sides of the baking dish. 3.
