Salad with red caviar and salmon I present you a salad cocktail "Winter Gourmet". A distinctive feature and a big plus of all salads-cocktails is that they are served in portions, in beautiful wine glasses or kremankah. All the components of the salad are laid out in the wine glass layers, and not mixed with sauce in one mass - it's very beautiful. Products are cut into cubes or small straws. It turns out beautifully and exquisitely. This salad-cocktail is very interesting in its composition. The highlight of this salad is delicate and delicious cheese-fennel pancakes. They are smeared with equally interesting sauce from melted cream cheese, dill and parsley, and avocado - stuffed with salmon and red caviar. Such pancakes, cut with thin rolls, serve not only a delicious ingredient, but also a wonderful decoration in one of the layers of lettuce. This salad with red fish, caviar, fresh cucumber and fragrant pancakes want to cook it in winter. It is also perfect for celebrating Maslenitsa or Valentine's Day.
Ingredients:- Salmon Salted 300g
- Parsley fresh 15 g
- Cheese, cream 250 g
- Onion green 20 g
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Cucumber 200 g
- Fresh dill 10 g
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Fresh dill 40 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 30 ml
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Cheese hard 20 g
- Milk 150 ml
- Wheat flour 5 tbsp. l.
- Salad green 20 g
- Olives without seeds 10 g
- Eggs quail 2 pcs.
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Red caviar 50 g
- Fresh dill 10 g
- Step 1 To prepare a salad-cocktail "Winter Gourmet" we need a salmon (my beluga uses salmon, salted with dill and cognac), melted cream cheese, fresh cucumber, avocado, quail eggs, red caviar, green onions, dill, green salad .
- Step 2 To prepare cheese pancakes with dill, we need an egg, hard cheese, milk, flour, dill fresh, sunflower oil.
- Step 3 For pancakes, combine the egg with the milk.
- Step 4 Add the grated cheese and chopped dill.
- Step 5 Add the flour and mix well.
- Step 6 Bake 4 thin pancakes.
- Step 7 For the sauce, combine the melted cheese and chopped dill and parsley.
- Step 8 Avocado cut, remove the stone. Remove the flesh. Grind the pulp by adding 1/3 of the lemon juice.
- Step 9 Combine the avocado with the cheese and greens. Grind into a homogeneous mass. Optionally add salt.
- Step 10 Smooth thinly every pancake with cheese mass. On the edge lay a strip of salmon and a row of red caviar.
- Step 11 Tightly roll with rolls and cut into slices 1.5 cm thick.
- Step 12 At the bottom of the wine glasses lay a small piece of salmon cut into small pieces.
- Step 13 On top - sliced cucumber in thin strips. For cucumbers - a tablespoon of sauce.
- Step 14 The next layer - rolls of pancakes.
- Step 15 On rolls - 1 teaspoon sauce, cut into thin strips of cucumber, chopped green onions.
- Step 16 To decorate a salad-cocktail we need red caviar, lemon, olives, quail eggs, green salad, dill.
- Step 17 From the lemon cut figured circles, quail eggs boil, cut out denticles in the form of a water lily and fill with red caviar. With a yolk of quail eggs sprinkle the top of the salad. We decorate with olive, green salad and dill.
