Portion salad with crab sticks This salad is served portion by part in transparent kremankah, before serving to the table it must be in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes! The salad turns out to be unusual, the taste is quite spicy and for the lover, as it contains a lot of pickled onions. Mayonnaise do not regret - the salad will be juicier!
Ingredients:- Crab sticks 100g
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Cheese hard 80 g
- Fresh dill 0.75 bunch
- Mayonnaise 8 tbsp. l.
- Water boiled 1 tbsp.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar 0.5 tsp.
- Table vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 We need crab sticks, hard cheese, boiled eggs, fresh dill, purple onions, hot boiled water, salt, sugar, table vinegar, mayonnaise to prepare a salad-cocktail "Gera".
- Step 2 We purify the purple onion and cut it into half rings, pour it with hot boiled water mixed with sugar, salt, table vinegar. Let's leave the onion for 15 minutes. This time we boil the eggs.
- Step 3 With the onions merge the water and cut it into large enough pieces.
- Step 4 We clean the cooled eggs and cut them into cubes.
- Step 5 Crab sticks cut into thin rings.
- Step 6 We rub the hard cheese on a fine grater.
- Step 7 Put the marinated onion into the glass serving bowls.
- Step 8 On top of the onion lay the sliced eggs.
- Step 9 Generously water the egg layer with mayonnaise.
- Step 10 Next, lay a layer of chopped dill.
- Step 11 On the dill layer we spread the cut crab sticks.
- Step 12 Water the crab layer with mayonnaise.
- Step 13 Put the last layer of grated cheese.
- Step 14 Put the salad in the fridge for 30 minutes. Before serving, decorate each serving with a sprig of dill.
