Cutlets from crab sticks

Crab sticks cut into small cubes. To crushed crab sticks added Ingredients:

• Crab sticks - 400 Grams
• Egg of chicken - 2 pieces
• Mayonnaise - 6 Art. spoons
• Mustard - 1.5 Art. spoons
• Breadcrumbs - 80 Grams
• Salt, a mixture of ground peppers - - To taste
• Vegetable oil - 6 Art. spoons

Instructions

Crab sticks cut into small cubes. To crushed crab sticks add breadcrumbs. There we add mayonnaise. There - eggs and mustard. Solim, pepper and mix well. From the resulting stuffing we form cutlets. Each cutlet is rolled in breadcrumbs. Fry the cutlets in oil until golden brown. Ready cutlets from crab sticks serve hot. Bon Appetit!
