Crab cake

Take the crab stick, carefully untwist it as shown in the photo. Ingredients:

• Crab sticks (long) - 10 pieces
• Boiled eggs - 2 pieces
• Slices of smoked salmon - 50 Grams
• Boiled rice - 200 Grams
• Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
• Mayonnaise - 200 Grams

Instructions

We take a crab stick, carefully unfold it as shown in the photo - to make it look like a pancake. On a deployed crab stick a thin layer of spreads our salad, which consists of mixed mayonnaise boiled rice, grated on an average grater of eggs and pickles, and small pieces of salmon. Actually, we continue the procedure similarly, applying layer after layer - a sheet of crab sticks, a layer of filling, a leaf of a crab stick, a stuffing, and so on. As a result, you will get a nice layered cake, which needs to be stuck for several hours before serving it to the table.
