Jam from the cherry plum is cooked as follows: 1. Plum well washed under a stream of cold water, remove all the stems. Let the fruit dry out. 2. We put our cherry plum in a colander and for 5 minutes we lower it into hot water. Then we pierce each fruit with a fork. 3. Prepare sugar syrup (sugar dissolved in water), pour our hot syrup on our cherry plum and leave for 3 hours. 4. Bring to a boil and cook another 20-25 minutes over low heat, along with removing foam. 5. Jam until it is cold, poured into cans, sterilized and sent for storage. In the winter we take out a jar of jam from cherry plum and eat it :) Bon appetit!
