- eggs - 3 pieces
- butter - 2 Slice (unsalted)
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 teaspoon
Heat the frying pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. Smash eggs in a bowl and beat with a fork. Put a piece of butter on a hot frying pan, melt. Mix the beaten eggs with grated Parmesan cheese, a small pinch of salt and ground pepper, and pour the egg mixture into a frying pan. Fry the eggs for a few seconds. Then quickly turn the omelette several times with a wooden spatula. Leave the "fold" for a few more seconds, then stir again. Fold the French omelet in half, putting in the middle a piece of butter. Now the dish can be decorated with greens and served to the table. Have a nice breakfast!
