Puffed salad with pork tongue You can make any puffed salad in this way, but I assure you- this salad, apart from decorating, deserves special attention! Due to the fact that the products are rubbed on the grater and laid out in layers, as well as due to the considerable amount of dressing (mayonnaise) with which we water the layer, the salad turns out to be high, gentle, airy, and a well-chosen combination of ingredients makes it very tasty and nutritious! I want to say a few words about the decoration. In general, the salad "Glade" is my trademark, so to speak. "Ladybugs" and "Bee" on the "flower meadow" look beautiful, cause interest in the dish not only in children, but also in adults, and their preparation does not take much time! In principle, in this way, you can decorate any salad, it will immediately become a bright, real decoration of the festive table! And do not be scared by the large number of steps in the recipe, but I wanted to describe as much as possible the process of preparing the salad "Glade", in fact, everything is much faster. I suggest boiling the swine tongue, potatoes (I have a large size) and carrots (large and regular form), chicken eggs (preferably homemade, so that the yolks are yellow) until they are ready in salted water. Preparing these products in advance, greatly speed up the process of preparing the salad!
Ingredients:- Salt 1 tsp.

- Pork tongue 340 g
- Mushrooms champignons 300 g
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Cheese hard 250 g
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Green onions 1 bunch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Potatoes 3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise 320 g
- Parsley fresh 0.25 bunch
- Capers 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Olives without seeds 80 g
- Step 1 Prepare the tongue, potatoes, carrots, eggs, mushrooms, hard cheese, onions and green onions, fat mayonnaise, salt, black ground pepper, refined sunflower oil.
- Step 2 Champignons mine, cut into medium pieces. We clean onion, grind.
- Step 3 Fry the champignons with onion in sunflower refined oil and season with salt.
- Step 4 When the mushrooms are ready - let them cool down completely, but for now let's take care of other products.
- Step 5 Boiled, peeled and cooled pork tongue is cut into small cubes.
- Step 6 Cooked and cooled potatoes are peeled, rubbed on a coarse grater.
- Step 7 Now prepare the material for our "glade". We will be engaged in "bees". Olives are cut into rings, from 1 pc. olives will be 4 rings, this is how we cut 4 olives for 2 bees (we do not need all the edges). From the cheese we cut out a thin layer (approximately the same thickness as the thickness of the olive rings). A mold (I have a nozzle for a pastry bag) is cut from a cheese ring. They should be about the same as the rings of olives. Also from the cheese we cut out "wings" - only 8 pieces. We also cut out the olives of the "head" to the bees - one olive is cut across to 2 parts and each one along (from 1 olive we get 4 parts, 2 we need and 2 is not needed).
- Step 8 Now prepare the "ladybirds". With a tomato we cut one side and cut out on one side a triangle - we get a "body with wings". It turns out that one tomato we take 2 parts (2 sides cut), and one has only one. From the olives we cut out "heads" and spots on the body.
- Step 9 Now prepare the "flowers". From the egg we make jagged flowers (1 egg for 2 flowers) - in the center of which we lay out capers or green peas (or a slice of carrot), we also carve crooked flowers from olives (center - a cube of cheese), cut out carrot rings with a nozzle for the confectionery bag of the ring , we form a flower (3 pieces), in the center of which there is a circle of egg white.
- Step 10 Now we collect the salad. On a flat dish, spread the first layer of grated potatoes, make a mayonnaise net, slightly salt and pepper the first layer.
- Step 11 Next, put the cooled fried mushrooms with onions (leave the oil in a pan if possible).
- Step 12 Water slightly with mayonnaise.
- Step 13 Boiled carrots (the rest of it after cutting out the "flowers") rubbed on a coarse grater and spread over the mushroom layer.
- Step 14 On the carrot layer "draw" the mayonnaise grid.
- Step 15 The next layer is a pork sliced tongue, which is sprinkled with a pinch of salt and lightly peppered.
- Step 16 Again, pour a thin trickle of mayonnaise.
- Step 17 The next layer is the hard cheese (left and scraps remaining after cutting the "bees").
- Step 18 Again a layer of mayonnaise.
- Step 19 The penultimate layer is egg whites rubbed on a fine grater.
- Step 20 Mayonnaise.
- Step 21 And the last layer - egg yolks rubbed on a fine grater.
- Step 22 The side of the lettuce is trimmed (it is convenient to make it with a patisserie or a shovel for a cake), grease with mayonnaise.
- Step 23 Green my onion, dries, grind, generously fall asleep on their sides and lightly squeeze your hand to keep the bow and not crumbled.
- Step 24 Now, focusing on the photo, we collect and lay out on the salad "bee" - 2 pcs., "Ladybirds" - 3 pcs., "Flowers".
- Step 25 Using a toothpick or a match, draw our "insect" "eyes" and decorate the "glade" with fresh parsley leaves.
- Step 26 The salad is ready! Serve on the table immediately or in the course of the next time, so that the "glade" does not "wither"!
