A delicious soup with buckwheat Any soup on chicken broth is a wonderful, tasty, nutritious and healthy dish. Buckwheat soup is eaten with pleasure by children and even men, in which memories of daily army porridges are still alive, and they refuse buckwheat or pearl barley as a garnish.
Ingredients:- Chicken drumstick 1 pc.
- Groats buckwheat 0.5 tbsp.
- Potatoes 4 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Fresh dill 0.5 bunch
- Bay leaf 1 pc.
- Pepper fragrant 4 pcs.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Step 1 For broth we take chicken thigh (you can also take any other part of chicken) well with it, put it in a 2 liter pot, add 4-5 peas of sweet pepper, pinch of salt, bay leaf, peeled clove of garlic - and fill everything with cold water. Cook the broth on a very slow fire for 40-50 minutes from the moment of boiling, removing the foam.
- Step 2 Cut the onion into cubes, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
