So, how to prepare a salad "Lover": 1. Wet the raw carrots on a small grater, mixed with finely chopped walnuts and raisins. We mix it, spread it in a salad bowl, cover it with a layer of mayonnaise. 2. Grated cheese is mixed with chopped garlic, this mixture evenly covers the salad. Again we cover with mayonnaise. 3.
