Cut the bagel in half. Lubricate the two halves with butter and fry the donut in a toaster or on a frying pan. Meanwhile, heat the skillet. Add oil to the frying pan. Smash two eggs in a frying pan. Once the proteins are ready, immediately pierce the yolks. Put on one egg cheese and bacon. Put the second egg yolk over the bacon. Lay the eggs on one half of the donut, cover the second half of the donut with the top and gently squeeze. Serve immediately with hot sauce or ketchup or wrap in parchment paper or aluminum foil.
