This salad aroused the jokes and smiles of my acquaintances, who introduced the village dweller, eating oranges and bacon. In fact, for our cuisine the salad is very unusual, but it was with its original composition that he attracted me. Peking cabbage in my salads was fine with chicken, with crabmeat, vegetables or fruit, but so that once and fruit, and bacon, and eggs in one salad - this has not yet been eaten. However, my salad experiments are easy to take in the family, so I ventured to try, especially as the salad dressing seemed beautiful and bright. The dominant taste in the salad is fruity, the egg shows itself almost completely, and bacon, when caught, temptingly crunches and slips with the taste of smoked bacon. Green onions, used in the original of this recipe, prevented me from dominating the taste in the salad, so it is better not to put it.
Ingredients:- Cabbage, Beijing 300 g
- Orange 2 pcs.
- Apple 1 pc.
- Bacon 200 g
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Fresh dill 5 g
- Parsley fresh 5 g
- Sour cream 100 g
- Orange juice 2 tbsp. l.
- Mustard Dijon 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 For the salad we need the following ingredients: Peking cabbage, bacon, oranges, apple, eggs, greens, sour cream, Dijon mustard, pepper and salt.
- Step 2 We burn the bacon to the state of crispy strips, which are dried from fat on paper towels.
- Step 3 Pine cabbage cut into thin strips.
- Step 4 With the help of filing (pruning on the shape of the fruit), remove the peel from the orange along with the white layer.
- Step 5 By inserting the blade of the knife next to the films, cut out the orange slices from them, trying to keep the shape.
- Step 6 We collect the juice from the cutting board and from the cropped oranges into a cup.
- Step 7 Finely chop dill and parsley.
- Step 8 Peeled apple cut into strips.
- Step 9 Add the apple and greens to the Chinese cabbage.
- Step 10 For filling, mix sour cream, Dijon mustard and orange juice, add salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Step 11 Mix the Peking cabbage with the sauce, spread it into the center of a wide salad bowl or plate. At the top put mugs of boiled eggs.
- Step 12 At the top, we have an orange slice with parsley leaves. We put the remaining segments of the orange in a wreath below the eggs, and sprinkle the edge with finely crumbled crispy bacon.
