Tartlets with custard and wild strawberries A very tasty dessert made up of a sand basket, tender custard and fresh strawberries. If you cook chopped short pastry the day before and put it to rest in the refrigerator, then the preparation of such baskets will take very little time. While the baskets are baked, you will have time to prepare the cream. In this cream, if desired, you can add vanilla sugar, which will enrich its taste. The combination of wild strawberries, mint and custard is simply excellent!
Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 250 g
- Water 1 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 30 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Butter 120 g
- Strawberries 150 g
- Sugar 50g
- Potato starch 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Milk 180 ml
- Step 1 For the preparation of tartlets with custard, we need pre-prepared chopped dough, egg, milk, strawberries, sugar, starch.
- Step 2 Roll the dough on a 2 mm thick board with dusted flour.

- Step 5 In the meantime, prepare the cream. For the cream we need milk, starch, sugar, egg.
- Step 6 Separate the protein from the yolk.
- Step 7 Combine the yolk with the starch.
- Step 8 Milk bring to a boil with sugar.
- Step 9 Yolk and starch is a good grind.
- Step 10 Pour a small amount of hot milk into the yolk mixture. Stir well.
- Step 11 Pour the yolk mixture into a ladle with milk.
- Step 12 Boil until thick.
