Cabbage finely shred. We put the cabbage in a basin and pour it with boiling water. Cover with a lid and leave in boiling water for 20 minutes. Throw the cabbage into a colander, let the water drain. We put cabbage in a salad bowl. In the cabbage pour the vegetable oil and vinegar, mix thoroughly. To taste, add salt and sugar, once again thoroughly mix and let us brew at least 10-15 minutes - cabbage must be soaked with vinegar. Then the salad can be served to the table.
