Salad from white beans Such salad is a salvation during fasting. It is easy to prepare, and its benefits can be talked for a very long time. Nutritionists, for example, argue that legumes are among the ten most useful products for health. If you are a supporter of unloading diets, then the beans are what you need! In this salad, "the first violin is played" by white beans. It is saturated with easily digestible protein, minerals and a whole set of amino acids. Also, beans exceed most of the vegetables in terms of copper and zinc. In this recipe we used canned beans, which is simple and easy to use. Before buying, carefully study the contents of the label, choosing the product with the lowest sodium content. Give preference to well-established manufacturers and buy preservations in glass containers.
Ingredients:- White beans, canned 300 g
- Tomatoes 3 pcs.
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Olive oil 20 ml
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lemon 0.25 pcs.
- Rosemary dry 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Salt 3 pinch
- Step 1 For this salad, cook: 3-4 tomatoes, canned white beans, garlic, parsley, lemon, olive oil, black pepper, salt.
- Step 2 Cut the garlic into large rings.
- Step 3 Preheat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the rosemary with garlic. Fry over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly garlic and spices. Cover and let butter infuse for 30 minutes.
- Step 4 When the oil is infused, rinse the garlic in a gruel, and squeeze a quarter of the lemon into the oil, add the black pepper and salt. Stir the dressing.
- Step 5 Cut the tomatoes into large cubes.
- Step 6 Cut the parsley.
- Step 7 In a deep bowl, combine the canned beans (pre-drain the liquid), tomatoes and parsley. Pour the dressing and mix well the salad.
- Step 8 Give the salad 10 to 15 minutes and serve it to the table.
