Pizza with minced meat I bring to your attention a fairly simple pizza recipe. I called it meat, you can call it homemade, because the main meat ingredient is a product as popular in our country as minced meat. Today I used a mixture of beef and pork minced meat, it is suitable in principle any. The dough turns out to be excellent, this amount of dough ingredients is calculated for 3 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm, the dough turns out to be very delicate and tasty, I added dried Italian seasonings immediately when kneading. The other components of the filling are not so fundamental and can be supplemented with something or replaced, I mostly improvised. I strongly recommend using pizza molds.
Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 350 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Yeast, dry 7 g
- Water 240 ml
- Sugar 3 g
- A mixture of Italian herbs 4 g
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Parsley fresh 5 g
- Mozzarella cheese 200g
- Fresh dill 5 g
- Pork forcemeat 100 g
- Beef minced 150 g
- Tomato spicy sauce 6 tbsp. l.
- Mushrooms champignons 150 g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Tomatoes 1 pc.
- Onion purple 0.5 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Olive oil 30 ml
- Step 1 Prepare all the ingredients: dough, tomato sauce to your taste, I used sharp, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, garlic, olive oil, dill greens and parsley, grated cheese, I have mozzarella.
- Step 2 Stir fry with onions and garlic, adding a little olive oil.
- Step 3 Add the tomato sauce.
- Step 4 Mix, give a little puff, you get a meat sauce - the main ingredient of our pizza.
- Step 5 I suggest immediately frying the mushrooms, so that you do not have to return to the stove and frying pans afterwards, you could fry the mushrooms and along with the mince, but I decided to do otherwise, they are planned for me more for decoration and aroma. Fry until golden crust, adding a little olive oil and salt.
- Step 6 So we got to the test, it needs to be stretched out with our hands in the form for baking pizza, we need to do it carefully, sprinkling with flour and priming with palms, as the dough is rather thin.
- Step 7 Spread and distribute the meat sauce.
- Step 8 Cut the tomato and put it into shape.
- Step 9 Cut the sweet peppers into rings and put them over the tomatoes.
- Step 10 Pour half the cheese onto our pizza.
- Step 11 Cut the not too finely chopped red onions, for flavor, juiciness and make the pizza look more fun, I decided to put it above the layer of cheese.
- Step 12 So they reached the mushrooms so that they would not get lost somewhere inside the filling I also put them on top.
- Step 13 Sprinkle the pizza with the remaining half of the cheese and send it to a preheated oven to 220 ° C, for 10-15 minutes, until cooked. I advise you to put the pizza slightly below the central tier, the main filling is already prepared, we just need to bake the dough, melt the cheese and fry the vegetables a little.
- Step 14 After we got our pizza from the oven, sprinkle it with finely chopped greens of dill and parsley. That's it, the pizza is ready. Bon Appetit!
