Ingredients:- Chicken Stomach 450g
- Mushrooms champignons 240 g
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined oil 75 ml
- Salt 0.3 tsp.
- Mayonnaise 8 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, we will need onions, chicken ventricles, champignons, mayonnaise, salt, sunflower refined oil, chicken eggs.
- Step 2 Boil the washed chicken ventricles until they are ready in salted water, take them out and let them cool down completely.
- Step 3 This time my champignons and cut into medium cubes.
- Step 4 Boil the chicken eggs, cool them in cold water and clean them from the shell.
- Step 5 Cut the eggs into small cubes.
- Step 6 Onions are cleaned, grinded, fried until transparent on sunflower refined oil.
- Step 7 Add the champignons and salt to the onion and fry over medium heat until the mushrooms are ready. We shift onions and mushrooms on a plate, trying to leave the oil in a frying pan, and let it cool.
- Step 8 We connect the eggs in the deep salad bowl and the chicken ventricles cut into small cubes.
- Step 9 Add the cooled fried champignons with onions.
- Step 10 Dressing the salad with mayonnaise, if desired, add a little salt.
