It is very easy to prepare a potato casserole. First you need to cook the potatoes in a uniform to their full readiness, cool, clean and cut into circles with a thickness of approximately 0.5 cm. Cut onion and fry until it is transparent in vegetable oil. Who likes to see the onion in a casserole - cut into half rings, who does not like - cut it finely. The form for baking is lubricated with oil, we put into it a layer of boiled potatoes, then a layer of fried onions. Spread sour cream and repeat the layers. If desired, you can add fried mushrooms or minced meat to the potato casserole. We alternate the layers until the ingredients run out. Salt, pepper and sprinkle everything on top of grated cheese.
