Ingredients In this recipe, we used 450 grams of beef (minced meat), but you can also cook pork, veal, turkey or chicken. If you do not have Ricotta cheese on hand, you can use cottage cheese. Fry the mince in a small amount of olive oil. We cut onions and garlic, add to the meat. We cut the pepper and fry it in a little oil. Place the tomatoes under the hot water and remove the peel. Cook the tomato sauce over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add the prepared minced meat to the sauce. Then add the peppers, tomatoes and bay leaf. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat. 200 g of Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta and Parmesan are cut into small straws (you can use a grater). Crush the dry spices with a small stupa. A tablespoon of thyme, basil and oregano. Cook the Lasagna noodles according to the instructions on the package. 7-11 minutes in salted boiling water. After you have boiled the noodles, rinse and divide to avoid blocking. Pour a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan for baking. Spread the first layer of noodles over the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour the sauce and cover with a layer of noodles. Repeat 6 times for 6 layers. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
