- Small pork tongue - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Fresh cucumber - 1 piece (small)
- Celery slice - 1 piece
- Natural yoghurt - 2 items. spoons
- Spicy horseradish - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 0.5 teaspoons
- Salt - 1 piece (to taste)
- Apple - 1 piece
Boil the tongue, peel, then cut into small cubes. Boil potatoes in a uniform, clean. Apple peel and core. Cucumber and celery you wash. Cut the potatoes, apple, cucumber and celery into cubes. Put in a bowl and mix. In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt, horseradish and paprika. Season salad, salt to taste
