Carrot salad with apples - a wonderful vitamin spring salad. It's just that not everyone will agree to chew carrots, but in salad she leaves "with a bang," especially in combination with apples. Preparation: Grate the raw carrots on a grater with large holes or chop them with small straws. Put the carrots in a bowl. Cut apples into cubes, put into a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice - this will prevent darkening of apples. Add salt and sugar, season with vegetable oil. Mix well the salad and decorate with parsley.
